Eddy et les Vedettes
Eddy et les Vedettes is the band of Frank Mercelis, accomplished musician and long-time friend. They bring French classics — chansons with style and humour — to life on stage, and have built up quite a loyal following in Belgium.
They asked me to design and develop a new website that captures their playful elegance while staying practical for both fans and the band.
The site highlights upcoming concerts, news, video and audio, and tells the band’s story in a way that feels approachable. A fresh visual design with bold photography, clean typography and subtle retro touches reflects their musical identity. The result is a platform that’s both a showcase and a practical hub for the community that surrounds Eddy et les Vedettes.
The visual identity combines a striking palette of red, black, and white with bold headings and body text that carries a subtle retro flair.
Content is structured in side panels, easily navigated via a side menu. This gives visitors quick access to upcoming concerts, band updates, media, booking details, and member bios.
