Eddy et les Vedettes
Eddy et les Vedettes is a Flemish band that performs classic French ‘chançons’ from the ’60 en ’70 (and some more recent).
Frontman Frank Mercelis asked us to update their old site to a more consistent and contemporary look with a ‘retro’-feel and give them the possibility to update the content themselves.
The site needed a calendar to post upcoming gigs, a photo-gallery and a messageboard where enthusiastic fans could post their comments. It also needed to be mutli-lingual.
WordPress was just right for the scale of this project. The site uses custom post types and custom fields to make content management a real breeze for the band members.
