Eddy et les Vedettes is an up and coming Flemish band that performs classic French ‘chançons’ from the ’60 en ’70 (and some more recent).

Frontman (and good friend) Frank Mercelis asked us to update their old site to a more consistent and contemporary look with a ‘retro’-feel and give them the possibility to update the content themselves.

The site needed a calendar to post upcoming gigs, a photo-gallery and a messageboard where the enthusiastic fans can post their comments. It also needed to be bi-lingual (Dutch and French).

WordPress was just right for the scale of this project. The site uses custom post types and advanced custom fields to make content managing a real breeze for the band members.
